Job summary

Creative-Chaos is seeking a Lead Forward-Deployed Product Manager to drive delivery on the ground. You will lead a dedicated pod with two engineers, working with senior consulting partners.

This role combines technical product ownership with executive-level accountability, defining metrics, managing the backlog, and driving adoption. You will engage with executive stakeholders, translate goals into data feeds, and own day-to-day client relationships in partnership with the consulting team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or leading forward-deployed teams.
• Proven track record shipping data products on enterprise architectures (data warehouses, ERP, CRM, BI).
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering for complex enterprise software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a forward-deployed pod of yourself and two engineers to deliver on client projects.
• Define metrics, manage technical backlog, and drive product adoption in executive reviews.
• Conduct discovery with executive stakeholders to translate goals into data feeds and source-system queries.
• Own day-to-day client relationship management and align with the consulting team.
