• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or leading forward-deployed teams.
• Proven track record of shipping data products built on enterprise architectures (data warehouses, ERP, CRM, BI).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong focus on stakeholder management and requirements gathering for complex enterprise software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business goals into precise source-system queries, data tables, and feeds.
• Write detailed technical requirements, manage backlog, and run agile sprints for a two-engineer pod.
• Own day-to-day client relationship management and executive stakeholder alignment with the consulting team.
• Drive product adoption by embedding platform outputs into executive leadership reviews.
• Serve as the feedback loop between client on-site requirements and the central product/engineering organization to inform the core platform roadmap.
