Job summary

Truelogic, a leading nearshore staff augmentation provider based in New York, seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead a pod of 4-5 PMs embedded across client implementations. You will set standards for requirements, prototypes, and workflows and act as the escalation point between the FDPM pod and core product teams.

This role emphasizes turning scattered deployment patterns into a shared playbook, coaching and guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality product outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading Forward Deployed PMs in SaaS, AI, or startup environments.
• Strong ability to translate client needs into scalable product patterns.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across technical, client-facing, and executive audiences.
• Ownership mindset with bias to action in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to work without formal people management.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and enforce high-quality standards across the pod.
• Serve as primary escalation point between FDPM pod and cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain a shared operational playbook with templates and patterns.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across deployments and step into active client deployments when needed.
• Report pod-wide progress and blockers to leadership.
