Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in forward deployed engineering or related technical role.

• Strong CS fundamentals; degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at a voice AI company, you will work across engineering, product, and customer success to bring AI solutions from prototype to production. You will partner directly with enterprise teams, helping ensure deployments scale while sharing field insights that improve the platform.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in forward deployed engineering or a related technical role.
• Experience in customer-facing work such as solutions engineering, technical product management, or founding and building a company.
• Strong skills in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and AWS.
• Experience with voice AI solutions or senior-level software engineering.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems and a track record of writing production-grade code.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in high-growth startups or a record of rapid progression at a large technology organization.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $215,000 to $290,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
