You will blend software engineering, architecture, and customer engagement to deliver enterprise-scale solutions, working directly with client stakeholders and influencing architectural decisions.

The role combines deep technical work with business impact, offering startup-style ownership and exposure to executive leadership in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building and deploying production applications.
• Strong programming experience with Go, Java, or comparable languages.
• Kafka and event-driven architecture experience.
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Customer-facing or stakeholder-facing experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience gathering ambiguous requirements and translating them into solutions.
• Financial services or banking experience.
• Core banking systems exposure.
• Kubernetes or OpenShift experience.
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience.
• High-throughput data pipeline development.
• AI-assisted software development workflows.
• Consulting or solution architecture background.
