Job summary

Funxyz is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with our strategic customers from discovery through production rollout at our Midtown NYC HQ. You will shape technical scope, orchestrate cross-team collaboration, and deliver scalable, high-availability solutions.

In this role you’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to close deals, design reusable components, and drive adoption of our platform across the customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack production software in high ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver best-in-class onramp & checkout experiences for our strategic customers.
• Work closely with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to scope, design, and build solutions that scale across our customer base.
• Lead technical discovery with prospective and existing customers.
• Partner with our business team on evaluations, demos, and prototypes to close deals, engage customers, and make Fun a stickier product over time.
• Set the standard for our new Forward Deployed Engineering team, and contribute to scaling our products and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and prioritize our roadmap.
