• Data engineering: building data‑intensive pipelines.
• AI‑native engineer: integrate AI into workflow; stays current on LLM capabilities.
• 4+ years in a technical, customer‑facing role.
• Fintech / banking knowledge or exposure.
• High agency; ownership mindset in ambiguous environments.
• Versatile: code, architecture, and workshop leadership.

Responsibilities

• Embed and discover with bank architecture, translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Architect future‑state architecture to unlock accelerated innovation.
• Build proofs of concept and end‑to‑end bank use cases; connect systems with production‑grade integrations.
• Build data pipelines; run performance tests and validate scale, resilience, and failover.
• Support sales with technical demos, architecture workshops, and platform education; travel 25–50% as needed.
