Truelogic is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the core of content and creative transformation engagements. You will map existing creative workflows, redesign them, and build AI-powered pipelines that demonstrate a new operating model inside production environments.

The role requires deep experience in creative technology and production engineering, with hands-on capability to deploy proofs of concept and production-ready solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in creative technology, content operations, production engineering, marketing technology, automation, or applied AI.
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience working across both creative and technical stakeholder groups.
• Proven ability to translate operational challenges into scalable workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Mapping & Redesign: Map end-to-end creative workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• AI Pipeline Development: Build AI platforms and integrate AI workflows in production environments.
• Governance & Adoption: Establish governance and train teams on new workflows.
• Engagement Support & Practice Development: Contribute to scoping and solution design across content operations and marketing tech.
