Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Forward Deployed Creative Designer, Ads who will work with our Solutions Engineering team to translate brand guidelines into agentic workflows and ship on-brand ad creative that can run at scale.

You will collaborate with enterprise clients, push AI tools beyond defaults, drive product adoption of the Agentic Marketing Platform Ads, and shape future product roadmaps with customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with real ads and campaigns, ideally AI-integrated.
• Experience with top-tier brands and enterprise marketing teams.
• Ability to push AI models beyond defaults to hit a specific look.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, legal reviews, and approvals.
• Ability to set up A/B tests and analyze results.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption with enterprise marketing teams to onboard them onto the Agentic Platform Ads.
• Master AI workflows across generative models to produce on-brand imagery, video, and copy.
• Act as creative consultant to merge brand guidelines with agentic AI workflows.
• Set up A/B tests and analyze results to improve ROI and conversions.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to feed enterprise feedback for roadmaps.
