Luma AI is hiring a Forward Deployed Creative to stand up a new creative function—turning its generative-AI tech (Dream Machine) into an indispensable tool for leading creators by advising partners, prototyping AI production workflows, and producing showcase content.

Based in a senior role, you will design and prototype AI-driven workflows, partner with premier brands, and create high-impact content that demonstrates the platform’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Senior background as Creative Technologist or equivalent in a top agency/studio/tech company.
• Exceptional portfolio of shipped, high-craft creative work.
• Builder mentality in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise in creative production pipelines (VFX, animation, motion graphics).
• Outstanding communication for consulting with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with premier brands and agencies as a creative/strategic advisor on generative AI.
• Design and prototype novel AI-accelerated production workflows.
• Produce high-quality content with Dream Machine to build case studies.
• Translate technical capabilities into creative and business opportunities for partner leadership.
• Act as an on-the-ground extension of Product, Partnership, and Sales; inform the roadmap.
