Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Implementation: develop custom connectors, data transformers, and workflow automation scripts (Python/JavaScript) to bridge the product with client systems.
• Requirement Validation: collaborate with business units to map existing service workflows into AI-augmented processes.
• Value Engineering: deploy the technical instrumentation required to track and prove business KPIs, such as ROI and ticket deflection.
• Technical Feedback: act as the primary technical feedback loop between the field and the R&D team to influence core platform development.
