• 15+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or a closely related technical leadership role.
• Strong technical depth with hands-on design review and prototyping experience.
• Experience leading teams that build and deploy AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions in real business settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of FDEs embedded in business functions, translating business problems into deliverable AI use cases.
• Set standards for translating problems into scoped, actionable solutions and drive adoption.
• Guide FDEs in designing AI solutions using the right tools, prototyping quickly, and iterating in sprints.
