FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect and ship AI-enabled solutions. You’ll be the consultant, operator, and engineer, capable of framing business problems, designing data-driven architectures, and delivering production-ready systems.

Qualifications
- 8–10+ years across ML, data, and software engineering.
- Production-grade software development experience (typed, tested, deployed).
- Strong collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Discover and workshop business problems with stakeholders.
- Structure process specifications for automated work.
- Architect end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
- Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling.
- Own CI/CD and release processes for AI systems.
