Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with clients in the financial sector and deliver production AI solutions. You will own substantial parts of the engagement, writing code, aligning with compliance, and handoffs after delivery.

The role requires strong AI and software engineering experience and comfort collaborating with client teams in a remote-first setup. The position emphasizes working across modern stacks (Python/TypeScript), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software with AI components.
• Experience integrating with real-world systems and data.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with client engineers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agentic AI features in the client's environment.
• Own end-to-end workstream from problem understanding to handoff.
• Integrate AI with legacy cores, governed data and identity/infrastructure.
• Create runbooks, guardrails, and handoffs for client teams.
• Maintain clear, reliable communication with client engineers.
