FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who will sit inside the client’s problem, architect AI solutions, and deliver end-to-end systems in partnership with Fortune 500 clients. You’ll be a consultant, operator, and engineer—comfortable shaping business cases with executives, then shipping what you scoped within weeks.

In this role, you’ll own data, retrieval, and model behavior to ensure trustworthy agent systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
• 1-4 years of experience shipping agentic AI solutions and RAG architectures.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Track record of leading client-facing discovery calls and decomposing unstructured problems.

Responsabilidades

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders and assess data readiness.
• Structure the process and the spec for automation projects.
• Architect and design agentic systems end to end with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, prompt/versioning, eval suites.
• Operate Day 2: monitoring, observability, drift management, handoff to client team.
• Consult on decisions with CTOs and senior leaders; support pre-sales scoping.
