Job summary

TripleTen Indonesia is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead and teach advanced AI deployment practices to senior engineers learning to deploy AI in client environments.

The role involves hosting live sessions on group events, reviewing student projects, and guiding a team of instructors with real production experience. You will emphasize architectural reasoning and effective technical communication in English for US-based audiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional engineering experience at senior level or above.
• Owning deployments end-to-end in real client environments.
• Experience with discovery, design sessions, scoping, and delivery under ambiguity.
• Ability to explain architecture decisions, not just implementation.
• Strong technical communication for business audiences.
• Proficiency in English (C1+) for US-based delivery.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day technical work.

Responsibilities

• Host group live events deploying AI systems inside a client environment.
• Run 1:1 sessions and technical mock interviews for students.
• Review student projects against rubrics including client-facing demos.
• Set technical standards for instructors and act as escalation point.
