Job summary

RemoteJobsOne is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to work on applied AI systems for U.S. Government missions. The role spans research, experimentation, and production deployment in high-assurance environments with forward-deployed collaboration.

You will build agentic AI systems, multi-agent workflows, and data pipelines while translating mission needs into robust technical solutions for government partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with LLMs and building agentic systems.
• Experience in building data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning workflows or simulation environments.
• Comfortable working in high-security/high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic AI systems for high-impact missions from prototype to production.
• Design and integrate multi-agent LLM applications, tool-using agents, and RAG workflows.
• Collaborate with government partners in forward-deployed settings to translate mission needs into technical systems.
• Build and maintain large-scale data curation, evaluation pipelines for model training and improvement.
• Develop infrastructure for model inference, experimentation, evaluation, and deployment across AI platforms.
• Own systems across the full lifecycle: discovery, architecture, implementation, deployment, reliability, security, iteration.
