Qualifications

• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Experience with business filings, a law office, or a registered agent service is a strong plus.
• Careful with details. You check your own work before it goes out.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare articles of organization and incorporation for each state's Secretary of State, using our checklists.
• Prepare EIN applications, operating agreements and annual report filings, and track every due date.
• Check each document against the client's intake form before it goes out, and flag anything missing.
