ZenBusiness seeks an experienced Business Service Specialist to join the Registered Agent team in Raleigh. The candidate will handle corporate filings, government requirements, and high-volume caseloads with attention to detail and clear communication.

The role reports to the Business Services Manager and is in-office, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Location: Wade Ave, Raleigh, NC. Grow with a remote-friendly company focused on helping entrepreneurs start and run their businesses.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with corporate filings and legal document preparation.
• Familiarity with government agency requirements and state filing standards.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage, prepare and file corporate filings and related documents.
• Research filing components across government databases and public records.
• Prioritize and handle high-volume, time-sensitive workflows from submission to completion.
• Assist customers and internal stakeholders with process questions and product knowledge.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations.

CRM experience (Salesforce)
