FP Markets is seeking a Full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team serving clients in the APAC region. The role focuses on helping traders with queries via telephone, email and live chat while guiding them through our trading platforms.

You'll work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, leveraging strong English communication and a customer-centered mindset to deliver high-quality support and education on our products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication across live chat, email and phone.
• Customer oriented mindset with good problem solving ability.
• Prior experience in customer support in forex/CFDs or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat.
• Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms.
• Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat.
• Assisting other departments.
