Job summary

FP Markets is recruiting a Full-time Payments Specialist (Remote) for the APAC region. You will process deposits/withdrawals, update CRM/Platform data, and liaise with Back Office to resolve issues. The role supports onboarding, customer inquiries, and coordination with Compliance and Risk teams.

Strong English, 1 year in payments, and Excel proficiency are required. The position is fully remote within APAC, with rotating shifts to cover business hours.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers as per regulations.
• Update the CRM and platform systems with relevant information.
• Communicate with the Back Office Manager if issues arise.
• Help perform timely investigations of client requests/complaints.
• Assist Onboarding/Support teams in replying to client queries.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases when necessary.
• Consolidate with customers and service providers on payment issues via various channels.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Payments Specialist (Remote) in APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines
• Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information
• Communicate with the Back Office Manager if any issues arise
• Help to perform a timely investigation of any client requests/complaints
• Assist Onboarding/Support teams in replying to client queries
• Work with the Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases when necessary
• Conciliate with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
• Other ad-hoc duties as per management's request
  

Candidate Profile:

• Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
• Previous experience communicating with clients is a plus
• A team player with excellent communication skills

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Prior experience in customer support, and particularly in forex, CFDs or the wider financial services industry, will be considered an advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work rotation shifts Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM UTC+8
