Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience in insurance or legal forensics.

Responsibilities

• Investigate the cause and origin of failures in mechanical systems at various sites.
• Perform field investigations and document damaged property.
• Research failure modes and provide repair/replacement recommendations.
• Prepare reports detailing opinions and conclusions for clients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams on large assignments.
• Maintain client relationships and stay current with company policies.
