Job summary

Rimkus seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to perform forensic analysis for insurance, legal, and industrial clients. You will investigate causes of electrical failures, document findings, and prepare reports for litigation or settlement.

The role involves field work, coordinating with experts, and presenting complex information to clients and top management. A P.E. license and BS in Electrical Engineering are required, with 2–10+ years experience and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze electrical engineering aspects per scope and budget.
• Identify cause/origin of electrical failures and document findings.
• Prepare oral and written reports and provide expert testimony when needed.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with other experts.
• Ensure safety policies and use testing equipment properly.
