Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking experienced Foreclosure Paralegals and mortgage servicing professionals to join a growing national law firm. If you have NY foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience, you could be a strong fit for our team.

You will manage foreclosure files through various stages, support contested matters, and collaborate with attorneys and clients using BKFS, Vendorscape, Tempo, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in New York foreclosure procedures.
• Experience in mortgage servicing or default servicing.
• Ability to manage high-volume foreclosure or default servicing files.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files through various stages of the New York process.
• Assist with contested and litigated matters.
• Work with attorneys on pleadings, motions, discovery, and case prep.
• Review and manage loss mitigation activity and documentation.
• Communicate with mortgage servicer clients about file status and next steps.
• Work with client systems and firm technology platforms.
• Monitor deadlines, court requirements, and client expectations.
• Identify issues affecting file progression and resolve them.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, operations teams, and others.
