Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is seeking experienced Foreclosure Paralegals and mortgage servicing professionals to join a growing national law firm. Ideal candidates have New York foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience and can manage high-volume matters with attention to detail.

You will work with attorneys, clients, and vendors across stages of foreclosure, handling pleadings, discovery, and loss mitigation documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with New York foreclosure experience or mortgage servicing experience.
• Experience handling contested foreclosure matters and court communication.
• Familiarity with client systems such as BKFS, Vendorscape, Tempo or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files through stages of the New York process.
• Assist with contested and litigated matters, pleadings, motions and discovery.
• Review loss mitigation activity and related documentation.
• Communicate with mortgage servicer clients and other parties on file status.
• Work with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams across the firm.
