Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC in the United States seeks an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal with New York foreclosure or mortgage servicing experience to join our growing national law firm. You will support foreclosure matters, manage files through stages, and work with attorneys, clients, and vendors.

This role offers a hybrid/remote option and competitive hourly pay between $22 and $30 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• New York foreclosure experience or mortgage servicing background.
• Experience with client systems such as BKFS, Vendorscape, Tempo, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage high-volume foreclosure or default servicing files.
• Experience collaborating with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage foreclosure files through various stages of the New York foreclosure process.
• Assist with contested and litigated foreclosure matters.
• Work with attorneys on pleadings, motions, discovery, and case preparation.
• Review and manage loss mitigation activity and related documentation.
• Communicate with mortgage servicer clients and other parties regarding file status and next steps.
• Work within client systems and firm technology platforms.
• Monitor deadlines, court requirements, and client expectations.
• Help identify and resolve issues that could impact the progression of a file.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, operations teams, and other professionals across the firm.

The Experience We're Looking For
