Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, and/or Legal preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to guidelines and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing mortgage accounts to ensure foreclosure complies with state and federal laws.
• Meet deadlines for First Legal Actions by removing impediments and requesting extensions as needed.
• Review foreclosure files for timeframes and regulatory compliance.
• Manage foreclosure proceedings with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, and trustees.
• Monitor attorney performance and review all proceedings and timeframes.
• Follow up on requests from internal and external partners.
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and proper application in systems of record.
• Research loans with questionable payment applications.
• Respond to audit and quality control requests.
• Report litigated and class action matters to management.
• Analyze portfolio performance, timelines, and status for compliance.
