First American is seeking a Foreclosure Servicing Specialist to support mortgage accounts through foreclosure processes in a compliant, timely manner.

You will work with legal teams, attorneys, and investors to advance actions and ensure adherence to state and federal laws while maintaining high internal standards. Remote work options and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Experience with mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, and/or legal processes preferred.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Ensure foreclosure processes comply with state and federal laws and internal guidelines.
• Coordinate First Legal Actions and extensions to meet deadlines.
• Review foreclosure files for timeframes and compliance.
• Manage interactions with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, and other parties.
• Monitor attorney performance and record-keeping throughout the foreclosure process.
• Respond to audit and quality control requests and support management with portfolio analysis.
