The ideal candidate has 3+ years in mortgage foreclosure or related legal areas, with MSP/LoanSphere experience preferred and strong communication skills to coordinate with attorneys, investors, and mortgagors.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related Mortgage Foreclosure/Legal experience.
• Strong knowledge of foreclosure process and timelines.
• Experience with MSP/LoanSphere preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process foreclosures in compliance with laws and guidelines.
• Monitor timelines and instruct parties to ensure actions are completed on schedule.
• Review foreclosure files for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with mortgagors, attorneys, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Track and report on litigation, audits, and required actions.
• Support attorney performance and workflow optimization.
