Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of mortgage foreclosure, bankruptcy, or legal experience.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GSE/agency guidelines preferred.
• Experience with MSP or LoanSphere is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service mortgage accounts to ensure foreclosure complies with laws and guidelines.
• Complete First Legal Actions by deadlines and extensions as needed.
• Review foreclosure files for timeframes and regulatory compliance.
• Manage foreclosure proceedings with mortgagors, attorneys, and investors.
• Monitor attorney performance and audit timeframes throughout the process.
• Follow up on outstanding requests from partners and internal teams.
• Audit accounts for expense compliance and proper system application.
• Research loans with questionable items and report findings.
• Review audits and report litigated matters to management.
• Analyze portfolio status to ensure foreclosure action compliance.
• Maintain robust exception reporting to minimize risk.
