Job summary

Grainger is seeking a strategic leader to guide the Shoemobile program across regional footwear deployments. You will supervise a field team, coordinate on-site footwear locations, and drive program adoption with internal partners and external customers.

You will build strong relationships, analyze program feedback, and work with Sales, Branch, Onsite Services, and Finance to optimize financial performance and service delivery for subsidized footwear.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years people leadership or relevant experience required; including 2+ years of experience selling Subsidy Supported benefits programs preferable.
• Experience building relationships and communicating at all levels of the organization and external customers.
• Experience with influencing and ensuring alignment with cross functional stakeholders.
• Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements would be an asset.
• Experience participating in strategic planning to improve footwear services and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shoemobile Sales Representatives.
• Drive mobile shoe stores to industrial customer job sites on pre-scheduled appointments.
• Service company safety shoe benefit programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of the subsidy-supported footwear and MRO program.
• Analyze feedback and surveys to recommend enhancements.
• Partner with Sales to provide Footwear offer expertise.
• Communicate program value to internal partners.
• Collaborate with Branch and Onsite Services to meet operational metrics.
• Work with Finance to track financial performance and targets.
