Job summary

Grainger, a leading broad-line distributor, seeks a Shoemobile Driver to service industrial customer sites within a roughly 150-mile radius, delivering footwear benefit programs and providing outstanding customer service.

You will manage stock, process orders and returns, comply with DOT regulations, maintain a DOT logbook, and coordinate with branch and truck leasing partners. Monday–Friday travel required; clean driving record preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to handle field visits and footwear fitting.
• Ability to manage stock and inventory across a Shoemobile.
• Familiarity with order processing, returns and exchanges.
• Understanding of DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• Comfort with travel and driving in a mobile retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting footwear and proper fit.
• Maintain truck stock and inventory levels.
• Process all customer orders, returns, and exchanges on the Shoemobile.
• Comply with DOT regulations for safe Shoemobile operation.
• Accurately maintain a DOT logbook in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate restocking with Branch / DC and truck leasing partner.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse and showroom.
