W.W. Grainger, Inc. is seeking a Shoemobile Sales Rep to drive a mobile shoe store to industrial sites, delivering exceptional service and proper footwear fitting. The role emphasizes customer-first service and accurate DOT-compliant operations.

The position involves inventory management, order processing, overnight travel when required, and maintaining a clean showroom and warehouse while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service in a mobile/sales role is preferred.
• Ability to navigate and update systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Shoemobile to industrial sites on pre-scheduled appointments.
• Assist customers with selecting footwear and proper fitting.
• Maintain truck stock and inventory levels.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges on the Shoemobile.
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain a DOT logbook.
• Coordinate with branch/DC for restocking and with partner truck leasing.
• Keep showroom and warehouse clean and organized.
