Qualifications

• Master's Degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with federal contracts and professional services management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOIA contract operations and backlog reduction.
• Coordinate with federal agency leadership and COs.
• Manage personnel and subcontractor performance.
• Develop and maintain project management and QA plans.
• Monitor performance, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Lead reporting activities and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, HIPAA, and security requirements.
• Oversee appeals, litigation support, and QA reviews.
