Responsibilities

Serve as primary liaison with federal agency leadership and Contracting Officer Representatives.
Manage all contractor personnel and subcontractor performance.
Develop and maintain project management plans, staffing plans, and quality control processes.
Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
Lead weekly, monthly, and annual reporting activities.
Support process improvement and backlog reduction initiatives.
Ensure compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, HIPAA, and federal security requirements.
Oversee appeals, litigation support activities, and quality assurance reviews.
