Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of FOIA experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in FOIA disclosure review and exemption analysis.
• Experience reviewing large volumes of electronic records.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex FOIA requests, appeals, and litigation cases.
• Conduct disclosure reviews and determine appropriate FOIA exemptions.
• Prepare Vaughn indices and litigation support documentation.
• Review and redact sensitive records.
• Draft FOIA correspondence and release packages.
• Support agency appeals and litigation activities.
• Coordinate with agency stakeholders and legal counsel.
• Mentor junior analysts and conduct quality reviews.
