• Provide white-glove, high-quality support to Focus Members.
• Monitor Focus Member Dashboard and track memberships and expirations.
• Coordinate with Routing, Network and Operations to resolve issues before impacting members.
• Advocate for Focus Members and uphold the mission and standards.
