Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+) in the past 5 years OR 2 years in urgent care/emergency medicine.
• CA license and ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video visits and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional care virtually.
