One Medical is seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Virtual Medical Team in a full-time, virtual role. You will treat patients via tele-health visits, triage calls, video appointments and email follow-ups, with weekly clinical rounds and close collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates.

The role requires completion of an accredited FNP program with national certification, active practice in outpatient primary care or urgent care in the last five years, and

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• Past 5 years: practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages, OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Licensed in CA, OR, WA, AZ, or CO with ability to obtain additional licenses.
• CA: 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred and willingness to obtain required.
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Current shifts range from 7am-6pm PST and 11am-10pm PST.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually.
