Job summary

One Medical is seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join the Virtual Medical Team. This full-time, remote role delivers world-class virtual primary care to patients around the clock, including telehealth visits, triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups.

Applicants must have an accredited FNP program with national certification and CA licensure, with willingness to obtain additional licenses.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings.
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone, and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Deliver care using clinical training to provide high-quality virtual primary care.
