One Medical is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join its Virtual Medical Team. You will deliver high-quality primary care to patients 24/7 via telehealth, video visits, and email follow-ups.

Requirements include an accredited FNP program with national certification, active licenses in CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO with ability to obtain others, and 2+ years in outpatient primary care or urgent care. This is a full-time virtual role with strong teamwork and tech-enabled care.

• Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification.
• Active license in CA/OR/WA/AZ/CO with ability to obtain others.
• 2+ years outpatient primary care or urgent care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including video, phone and email follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Apply clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care.
