One Medical seeks a Virtual Nurse Practitioner to deliver world-class care through telehealth, including triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups. You’ll join a collaborative team and participate in ongoing learning via Clinical Rounds.

Eligible candidates have an accredited FNP program with national certification and CA licensure, plus a willingness to obtain additional licenses. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential for this full-time remote role.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency settings with patients of all ages.
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred; willingness to obtain required.

Aufgaben

• Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
• Ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
• Utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care to patients.
