Cura Talent Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to build and grow a healthcare provider network across Florida. This remote, field-based role requires travel throughout Florida and a home base in Florida. You will develop relationships with physicians, wellness clinics and medical spas while driving new business and revenue.

The opportunity offers uncapped earnings with base salary $90,000–$95,000 plus commission, and OTE of $150,000–$170,000. Must currently reside in Florida.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct product or healthcare sales in pharma, wellness, longevity or medical fields.
• Experience selling to physicians, clinics, wellness centers or medical spas is preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business across Florida, targeting physicians and healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with physicians, practice owners and key decision makers.
• Prospect independently, arrange meetings and develop a strong pipeline of new accounts.
• Understand provider needs and introduce relevant products and solutions from the network.
• Build long term relationships and grow revenue from existing accounts.
• Develop and manage your own territory and book of business.
• Attend provider meetings, networking events and industry conferences.
• Work closely with internal teams to support account growth.
