Job summary

Victory Cruise Lines seeks a Business Development Manager to grow travel advisor and agency sales across a territory focused roughly 80% on Florida and 20% on the Eastern U.S. This home-based role requires residing in Florida with occasional collaboration or meetings in the office and travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• 3+ years in business development or sales in cruise/travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue within the travel trade.
• Build and maintain agency relationships and pursue new business.
• Represent Victory Cruise Lines at trade shows and events.
• Travel throughout the territory as required.
• Provide product training and sales support.
• Use CRM to record interactions and performance.
