Job summary

Cyncly is seeking an Account Manager for its Flooring division. You’ll deepen client relationships, drive software adoption, and grow sales across your assigned accounts, identifying opportunities to introduce Cyncly’s flooring solutions and modules.

You’ll travel as needed, represent Cyncly at industry events, and work in a remote-friendly environment with a strong focus on achieving monthly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in B2B sales or account management.
• Ability to travel several times per year for client visits, training or events.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Cyncly and Flooring clients, maintaining strong partnerships.
• Engage with each client quarterly with at least two in-person or virtual meetings yearly.
• Identify upsell opportunities with new Flooring software products and services.
• Prospect and follow up on new leads within accounts and territories.
• Record interactions and opportunities in Salesforce and other systems.
