The Rural Metro Fire Department is seeking a qualified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) float to ensure the safety and maintenance of our helicopter fleet. This full-time remote position offers a starting salary of $65,239 to $113,480 annually along with various stipends and bonuses.

Qualified candidates should have at least three years of turbine-powered helicopter experience and a valid A&P license. This key role demands adherence to FAA regulations while collaborating with various teams to ensure the highest quality of service.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge.
• Knowledge of EMS Systems and Aircraft maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including inspections and repairs.
• Manage inventory to ensure supply availability.
• Document service paperwork and adhere to policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Facilitate coordination between departments.
