Job summary

Reach Air Medical Services in Denver, CO seeks an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to maintain and service our H125 airframe, ensuring safety and reliability for patient transport. You will perform inspections, repairs, and coordinate with Lead Technician while upholding FAA and EMS system standards.

This full-time role requires an A&P license, turbine helicopter experience, and flexibility for overtime or on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Valid State issued Driver's license.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Federal Aviation Regulations knowledge.
• EMS Systems, Aircraft maintenance systems, records and maintenance support and planning.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program.
• Must be able to push and/or pull 100+ lbs.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks to ensure stock of supplies and equipment, update the equipment tracking log, place replacement requests and document part expenditures.
• Document service paperwork and FAA information as required and adhere to policies and procedures while complying with information security standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for the aircraft maintenance team and flight crew.
• Communicate to facilitate coordination between departments, vendors and team members.
• Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel and the operations team.

We're hiring a Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) responsible for the overall maintenance and safety of our fleet within Reach Air Medical Services. This technician will be qualified to support our H125 airframe. This is a key role to ensure our team can safely maintain and deliver timely and high-quality transportation services, care and customer service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Aircraft Maintenance Technician will perform maintenance services including mechanical inspections, screening, repairs and provide regular statuses to the Lead Technician.

• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow AMTs and operations team.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Three (3) years turbine powered helicopter experience
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
• Valid State issued Driver's license
