Job summary

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is seeking a highly analytical Flight Applications Systems Analyst to join the IT department in a fully remote capacity. This role supports, maintains, and enhances core flight systems including Talon ETA/RMS and SplashBI, with integration work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC principles, methods, and tools.
• Ability to support applications, troubleshoot issues, and communicate technical information to users.
• Ability to learn to read code and work with SQL.
• Knowledge of interface construction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, documentation, and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support for flight systems and related tools.
