Job summary

You will collaborate with Marketing Cloud, Mogli SMS, event tools, and DemandTools to ensure accurate data flow and engagement. This role emphasizes data quality, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork within Enrollment Management.

Qualifications

• Experience with data cleaning, reporting, and process documentation is required.
• Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute recurring data imports, exports, and audits across recruitment and admissions systems.
• Identify, merge, and deduplicate records in Salesforce using DemandTools.
• Maintain and document data workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with university standards.
• Support the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards to monitor enrollment and recruitment metrics.
• Assist with CRM enhancements, testing, and process automation initiatives.
• Support communication and engagement platforms integrated with Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Mogli SMS, event tools).
• Collaborate with cross-campus teams to support outreach, communication, and admissions activities.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for recurring system functions and process improvements.
