flyExclusive is seeking a Lead Flight Support Specialist to oversee daily Dispatch Department operations from the OCC, ensuring safe, efficient coordination among flight crews, clients, and internal teams.

You will supervise Flight Support Specialists, manage pre-dispatch details, monitor NOTAMs and airspace constraints, and maintain regulatory compliance across FAA and international standards. This role requires strong leadership and adaptability in a high-pressure environment.
